Community Health Consulting, led by Octavio Posada, is committed to advancing health equity and improving lives by strengthening non-profit organizations, grassroots initiatives, and public health programs. We collaborate with local non-profits, community-based organizations, and government entities at the county, city, and state levels to support diverse groups in need—including children, seniors, veterans, the differently-abled, the homeless, People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA), and the LGBTQIA+ community.
Our mission is to drive positive change by fostering impactful collaborations, advocating for equitable policies, and building the capacity of organizations that serve marginalized communities. Through a combination of strategic guidance, grant management expertise, and leadership in health equity initiatives, we help organizations address systemic disparities and expand their reach.
At the core of our work is a commitment to community empowerment, inclusivity, and sustainability. We believe in the power of coalition building, stakeholder engagement, and policy advocacy to eliminate health disparities and ensure that all individuals—particularly those in underrepresented communities—receive fair and equitable access to services.
